Meal Planning

Let's review what we had this past Halloween Week for dinner:

Sunday- We were in Dayton visiting our parents.  My mom made us Maid Rites for lunch and Jonathan's mom made chili for dinner.  Both were delicious!

Monday- Homemade pizza topped with veggies and turkey pepperoni.

Tuesday- These pork chops, a veggie, and a salad.  I'm not a huge pork chop fan but do enjoy this easy recipe.

Wednesday- Leftover Chili from the in-laws

Thursday- Chipotle, it is a Halloween tradition.

Friday- Leftovers then a late trip to BW3's for appetizers.  I had to babysit for a few hours, which messed up dinner plans.

Saturday- Soup and Grilled Cheese for lunch and Happy Greek for dinner before the Blue Jackets Game.

I do not have this week completely planned yet.  This is what I am hoping to make:
Sunday-  Crockpot Potato Soup (already cooking and smelling good)

Monday- Salmon Burgers, Veggie, and Salad

Tuesday-Possibly crab legs with pasta and a salad or baked ravioli that I have been meaning to try.

Wednesday- Eggplant Pizza , I just use the leftover pizza sauce and toppings from our homemade pizza last week.

Thursday- Spicy Sausage and Rice (if I get zucchini, squash, and onion from the store by then)

Friday- I am babysitting and will be eating there.  Jt is on his own for dinner with leftovers or whatever he can find in the fridge.

What are you having this week?  Any good recipes I need to try?
