Meal Planning

This is what we decided to eat this past week: 


Sunday- We met my in-laws at Rudy's Smokehouse for some BBQ.  

Monday-Hamburger Helper, Three Cheese Marinara
These are always nice to have when you don't feel like cooking and need something quick.   

I got this recipe from Mr. and Mrs. Powell.  It is so tasty! We topped ours with avocado, sour cream, tortilla chips, and shredded cheese.  I made it in the crockpot a few weeks ago and froze half of it.  It ended up making enough for two dinners for Jt and I and three lunches for myself. 

Wednesday- Chicken Legs and a salad
I just baked the chicken legs with some bisquick, salt, and pepper on them.  

Thursday- Spicy Sausage, Zuccini, Squash, and Rice.  
My best friend introduced us to this meal and it is a go to favorite meal.  

Friday- Out to dinner to Average Joes

Saturday- Leftovers and Tailgating
Leftovers during the day before we head to OSU to tailgate and go to the game.  

Sunday- Chili with Jt's mom's side of the family
Everyone is going to Jt's parents house for trick-or-treating and chili.  I can't wait to see everyone!  

This week- I have a very busy week with school, subbing, and babysitting.  I won't have a ton of time to cook so we will probably be relying on some quick go to meals.  I plan to make pirogies one night and pork chops another.  The other meals will probably include some salads, pasta, and possibly fast food.
